Shipping Policy

1.Order Processing Time All Cyranthos products are individually inspected and tested before dispatch. Once your payment has been confirmed, please allow 3–5 business days for us to complete the production, assembly, quality inspection, and functional testing of your order. Your order will be shipped after all processing and testing procedures are completed.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM GMT (UK Time) on business days will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM GMT, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 15–20 business days. Total estimated time from order to delivery: 18–25 business days.

4. Taxes & Duties All shipments are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Import taxes and customs duties are fully covered by Cyranthos — you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. This applies to every destination listed below.

Where we ship Albania, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Moldova, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Vietnam.

United States addresses we cannot ship to
The following restrictions apply to every order, including the Biomimetic Butterfly Aircraft. We cannot deliver to:

• Alaska and Hawaii
• P.O. Boxes
• APO/FPO addresses
• Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands

Biomimetic Butterfly Aircraft — limited destinations
The Biomimetic Butterfly Aircraft, its carrying case, and its battery charger ship to fewer destinations than the rest of our range. They are available only to:

• United States, excluding the destinations and address types listed above, as well as the U.S. Virgin Islands
• Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Israel
• European Union, excluding Cyprus and Malta: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden

These products are also not available for delivery to the Federated States of Micronesia, the Marshall Islands, or Palau.

Orders for these items to any other destination cannot be fulfilled.
