Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time All Cyranthos biomimetic butterfly aircraft are handcrafted and individually tested before dispatch. Once your payment has been confirmed, please allow 3–5 business days for us to complete the production, assembly, quality inspection, and functional testing of your order. Your order will be shipped after all processing and testing procedures are completed.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM GMT (UK Time) on business days will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM GMT, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time Once dispatched, estimated delivery to the contiguous United States (Lower 48 states) is 15–20 business days.

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 18–25 business days.

4. Taxes & Duties All shipments are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Import taxes and customs duties are fully covered by Cyranthos — you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

5. Shipping Destinations We currently ship only to the contiguous United States (Lower 48 states).

We do not ship to:

• Alaska or Hawaii
• P.O. Boxes
• APO/FPO addresses
• U.S. territories, including Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands
